Abbreviations
k2tog : Knit 2 stitches together.
k : Knit.
p : Purl.
slip : Slip 1 stitch. I like to slip 1 purlways with the yarn at the front (i.e. whichever side is facing me).
yo : Yarn over.
No stitch: Placeholder for changing stitch numbers. Always ignore this square in the chart.
Pattern
Cast on 7 stitches and knit 1 row.
Row 1 (RS): Sl, k1, yo, k2tog, k1, yo twice, k2. (9 sts)
Row 2: K3, p1, k5.
Row 3: Sl, k1, yo, k7. (10 sts)
Row 4: Bind off 3, k6. (7 sts)
Repeat rows 1 to 4 for the esired length.
