Embroidered sample


Floral Motif

This sample was worked with three strands of embroidery thread. The flower centre is worked in random satin st and the leaves were worked with outline st and filled with random long st.

I think it would also work really well with french knot filling for the flower and satin st leaves.

This flower was intended to go with the dragonfly, butterfly and moth motifs.
